Refunds & Returns Policy

1.Eligibility for Returns and Refunds 

1.1. Products: We accept returns and provide refunds for solar products purchased directly from our website, arisenergy.co.za. To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. 

1.2. Installation Services: As installation services are customized to meet your specific needs, we do not offer returns or refunds on installation services or any products used during the installation, unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate written agreement. 

2.Initiation of Return 

2.1. Product Returns: If you wish to return a solar product, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the product. You can reach us at sales@arisenergy.co.za. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization. 

3.Return Shipping and Costs 

3.1. Product Returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product. The return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is due to a defective or damaged product. 

4.Condition of Returned Products 

4.1. To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria. 

5.Refund Process 

5.1. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. 

5.2. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution. 

6.Exclusions 

6.1. The following items are not eligible for return or refund: – Products that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original condition. – Products without their original packaging or missing accessories.
